At Luminary Skin Studio we offer treatments and personalized recommendations to improve the health and appearance of the skin. My goal is to make my clients glow from the inside out. ✨🪄 Luminary Skin Studio Policies ⤵️ *IMPORTANT FOR NEW & CURRENT CLIENTS** Before booking a facial at Luminary Skin Studio, please ensure the following: 1. 🚫No Retinol: Avoid retinol, Retin-A, Retin-A like products such as Tretinoin (prescription or over the counter) for at least 2 weeks. 2. 🚫No Antibiotics: Do not be on antibiotics. 3. 🚫No Shaving, Waxing, Threading or Dermaplaning: Avoid these for 48 hours prior to the appointment. 4. ‼️Accutane: Must have been off Accutane for at least 12 months. 5. 🚫No Exfoliation or Chemical Treatments: Avoid these for at least 2 weeks prior. 6. Laser Treatments: If you’ve had facial laser, wait 5 days before booking a facial. 7. 🤰🏻Pregnancy🤰🏻: Facials are not available for pregnant women due to safety and prenatal health compliance. 8. Chemical Peels: New clients who received a chemical peel from another provider must wait 30 days before booking with us. ✨Deposit Policy✨ To book an appointment, it's REQUIRED to pay a non-refundable deposit by credit/debit card or Zelle, which will be applied to your remaining balance. ⭐️Payment Method⭐️ The remaining balance can be paid in cash (exact amount), via Zelle, or with the card on file. ⭐️Rescheduling⭐️ If you need to reschedule, you can apply (1) deposit to a new appointment if done 48hrs prior to the original appointment date. Thank you! 💛 ⭐️Studio Policy⭐️ Please no extra guests. 🚨Late Policy🚨 I have a 10-minute grace period. Please make sure to communicate with me if you're running late. ✨Arrival Time✨ Arriving within the 10-minute window usually means you will still receive the full or nearly full treatment time. ‼️Late Arrival‼️ If you arrive later than 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled to accommodate the next client and you will be charged 30% of the service booked. **Purchased retail is final sale**
CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge a 30% cancellation for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
